We're looking for a motivated Account Manager to join our Perth team and partner with some of Australia's leading industrial and safety customers. This role focuses on growing existing accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, and achieving sales and margin targets.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customer accounts
- Build strong customer relationships through regular site visits and proactive service
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and customer call cycle
- Work closely with branch teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to uncover business opportunities
- Support customers with product solutions that add value to their business
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Account Management, Sales, Business Development, or Customer Relationship Management
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- The ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively
- A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets
- Experience within industrial, safety, trade, manufacturing, or related industries will be highly regarded
