Civil Site Supervisor
- Supervise direct labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers across daily site operations.
- Manage roadworks and urban utility installations, including sewer, water, stormwater and SAPN infrastructure.
- Liaise with DIT, local government, utility authorities, engineers and other project stakeholders.
- Metro intersection upgrades for LGA and DIT valued from $3m-$10m
- Sewer, water, stormwater and SAPN infrastructure projects up to $10m

The Role
- Supervising direct labour, plant, subcontractors and suppliers across daily site operations
- Coordinating live-road construction, traffic management and staged intersection works
- Managing roadworks and urban utility installations, including sewer, water, stormwater and SAPN infrastructure
- Planning resources, monitoring productivity and maintaining safety, quality and programme requirements
- Liaising with DIT, local government, utility authorities, engineers and other project stakeholders
The Criteria
- Proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Site Supervisor or Civil Foreman
- Demonstrated experience delivering live-road intersection or urban utilities projects
- Strong knowledge of roadworks, drainage, sewer, water, stormwater and SAPN infrastructure
- Experience working on DIT, local government or utility infrastructure projects, ideally with CST accreditation
- Ability to interpret civil drawings, plan resources and manage crews, subcontractors, safety, quality and programme requirements
