What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be supporting the financial health of our organisation by:

  • Preparing and processing standard month-end journals (accruals, prepayments, depreciation)
  • Completing accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations across all group entities
  • Assisting with the Monthly Board Report, including insightful variance analysis and commentary
  • Managing Business Activity Statements (BAS), FBT returns and statutory reporting obligations
  • Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register
  • Assisting in year-end external audit processes
  • Business partnering with department leaders to deliver insights and support strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with FP&A on OPEX projections and cash flow forecasting

What You Bring to the Team

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar finance or accounting role
  • Strong general ledger knowledge and experience with end-of-month processes
  • High attention to detail with solid data analysis and Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • A recognised degree in Accounting or Finance 
  • A commercial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
