We are looking for an experienced Residential Site Manager to join our Adelaide Construction team and play a critical role in delivering high-quality homes that exceed customer expectations.

Reporting to the Building Manager, your responsibilities will include: Managing the end-to-end construction process of multiple residential homesEnsuring homes are delivered on time, defect-free and to Metricon's quality standardsScheduling and coordinating subcontractors and suppliersDriving site productivity while maintaining safety and compliance standardsConducting regular site inspections and quality checksManaging construction timelines and resolving issues proactivelyBuilding strong relationships with trades, suppliers and stakeholdersCommunicating regularly with customers throughout their build journeyEnsuring compliance with all building regulations, OH&S requirements and company policiesDelivering an outstanding customer experience from slab to handover; andConducting customer walkthroughs, home demonstrations and final key handovers.

The successful candidate will have: Proven experience as a Residential Site ManagerStrong understanding of construction methods, building regulations and residential construction practicesExperience managing subcontractor performance and construction schedulesKnowledge of OH&S legislation and quality assurance processesStrong customer service and stakeholder management skillsAbility to problem solve and make decisions confidently on-siteTakes ownership and accountabilityLeads by example on siteBuilds strong relationships with trades and customersHas exceptional attention to detailCommunicates professionally and confidentlyIs highly organised and outcomes-focused; andLoves delivering a quality home and an exceptional customer experience.
