Flagship Store Manager - CBD Location
We are on the search for a confident, analytical leader who translates KPIs into practical strategies and measurable results. As the Flagship Store Manager you bring proven experience in luxury retail and bring an approachable, people-focused leadership style, with the ability to develop and inspire team success and accountability.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, coaching and developing a large retail team
- Building a strong team culture, encouraging consistency across daily operations.
- Overseeing store operations, stock management, loss prevention and visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to communicate business results, identify opportunities and implement strategies for growth.
