What you need to become our newest Agile Business Analyst
- Can quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them
- You have experience in developing and managing relationships with a wide range of stakeholders ranging from senior leaders to your colleagues on the development team
- You can facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering
- You are required to be inventive, innovative and experimental, but also focused on what the business needs and how you can help it get there
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or Lean
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello
- Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus
