Green User is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to support the continued growth of our energy-efficiency business across Victoria.
The role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing activities that support market growth, customer acquisition and business development.
The role will work across marketing strategy, market research, digital advertising, campaign performance, CRM and marketing automation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify market opportunities.
- Plan and coordinate digital marketing campaigns.
- Manage digital advertising and lead-generation activities.
- Analyse campaign performance, ROI and marketing KPIs.
- Support CRM and marketing automation initiatives.
- Develop customer acquisition and growth initiatives.
- Prepare marketing performance reports and recommendations.
- Coordinate with external marketing suppliers and service providers.
- Support the implementation of marketing programs across Green User's services.
Skills and experience
- Must have minimum three years of relevant professional marketing experience.
- At least a Bachelor degree in a related field.
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or a related field is helpful.
- Demonstrated professional marketing experience.
- Strong digital marketing and analytical skills.
- Experience with digital advertising and lead generation.
- CRM and marketing automation experience.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to analyse marketing performance and customer data.
- Energy, energy-efficiency, renewable energy or related industry experience is highly regarded.
