Our Out of Home Care team is seeking a Senior Business Support Officer to provide high-level administrative and business support to the Manager and broader team. In this role, based in the Adelaide CBD, you will work across data, reporting, correspondence and business processes to help keep operations running effectively.

This is an opportunity to use your strong organisational and administrative skills in a varied role, while contributing to projects, improving business processes and supporting the delivery of effective services across the team.

In this role, you will:

  • Respond to enquiries and provide a high level of service
  • Manage data and reporting using Excel and other organisational information systems
  • Review administrative systems and processes, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Support research, projects and the preparation of reports and correspondence
  • Coordinate office systems and records to support efficient business operations.
