A proud family run business with over 120 staff across 2 sites (Maryborough/Woodend), we pride ourselves in our quality, innovative approach to design and manufacturing processes, using Australian made steel and products as well as continued product improvement and a safety-first approach.
We are on the lookout for self-starter Welders who has high standards in their work and work area.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and measurements
- Selecting appropriate welding equipment and methods
- Welding components in various positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead)
- Inspecting and testing welds to ensure structural integrity
- Finishing products through grinding, polishing, and cleaning to achieve high-quality results
- Operating hand and power tools competently
- Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient work environment
Qualifications for the Role:
- Minimum 3 years’ full-time experience in industrial welding and fabrication
- Trade qualification in Welding or similar (desirable)
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Solid understanding of welding processes and safety compliance
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively within a team
The ideal candidate will receive a salary within the range of $75,000 to $85,000 annually.
