KONE are looking for a Project Manager to join our Modernisation team in Adelaide. You will manage a diverse portfolio of projects and take ownership of cost control, quality outcomes, time and effectively managing stakeholder relationships.
What will you be doing?
- Proactively manage communication with customers and key stakeholders throughout the installation process
- Manage risk reviews and status updates
- Ensure adherence with clearly defined procedures and guidelines
- Achieve KONE's safety targets by driving/ maintaining a safety focused culture
- Ensuring compliance to policy requirements
- Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to support pre-tender and tender activities, contributing to successful project outcomes
What are we looking for?
- Project Management qualification desirable
- Demonstrated experience in end-to-end project management
- Previous experience within a commercial environment, ideally across the building, construction, or service sectors
- Demonstrated project management experience across multiple concurrent projects
- Strong influencing and negotiation sills
- Resilient and persevering approach
