Senior RFP Specialist
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant database submissions.

Role and Company Overview
Our client is a highly regarded global asset manager with a strong institutional presence. They're looking to appoint a Senior RFP Specialist to join their Sydney team in a permanent position.
This is a mid-senior role responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant database submissions across a broad range of investment strategies. You'll partner with stakeholders across Investments, Product, ESG, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Distribution to deliver high-quality, commercially focused submissions that support business development and client retention.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RFP professional looking to step into a broader role with greater ownership, strategic involvement and the opportunity to improve processes and mentor junior team members. They're ideally looking for someone who enjoys being more than just a writer, someone who can challenge content, influence stakeholders and help improve proposal processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of complex RFPs, RFIs, DDQs and consultant database submissions.
- Produce high-quality and compelling proposal responses tailored to institutional clients and consultants.
- Partner with investment, product, legal, ESG, compliance, risk and distribution teams.
- Contribute to the management of proposal timelines, governance, approvals and quality control across multiple concurrent projects.
- Identify opportunities to improve content libraries, proposal processes and workflow efficiencies.
- Support consultant database management and recurring profile updates.
- Contribute to proposal strategy discussions for priority business opportunities.
Skills and Experience
- 5+ years' experience within RFPs, Proposal Management, Consultant Databases, Product Support, Investment Marketing or Client Services within asset management.
- Strong understanding of institutional investment management, asset classes and client due diligence requirements.
- Excellent writing, editing and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority submissions while working to tight deadlines.
- Experience working with senior stakeholders across investment and corporate functions.
- Exposure to proposal management systems such as Qvidian, Salesforce or Red Oak are highly regarded.
