About the job Infrastructure Project Manager
As part of Customer Corporate Enablement Portfolio in Digital division, we are looking to implement and run a large property project to move from one office location to another. As part of this move, there will be an IT substream that undertakes the move for control room, networking equipment, servers, end user devices and UPS. Ideal candidate will have strong project management acumen and experience in running similar IT infrastructure projects.
Define, manage and control IT substream of the project to ensure that quality, cost, and time requirements are met. Such projects often involve complex technical (information technology or electrical engineering) aspects.
2. Consult and engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success, and stakeholder expectations are well defined and met.
3. Develop and maintain procedures (eg. Project Management Plan (PMP), policies, and controls to facilitate the achievement of key milestones within the project.
4. Provide regular executive level status reports, communications and advice on the project, risks, and issues to internal and external stakeholders. Escalate through appropriate channels where required.
5. Evaluate the project and provide feedback to key stakeholders on benefits achieved and opportunities for improvement as part of driving continuous improvement across the business.\
