About the role

  • Provide confidential governance and executive administration support across a busy team.
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, meeting papers, resolutions and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain accurate governance registers, records, templates and supporting documentation.
  • Support senior stakeholders with requests, correspondence, reporting, training, travel and meeting arrangements.
  • Assist with compliance activities, policy and procedure updates, and formal appointment or election processes.
  • Coordinate live, recorded and hybrid meeting requirements, including virtual attendance and meeting technology.
  • Deliver professional, timely support to internal stakeholders and external customers.

About you

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word, including formatting, styles, tables of contents, mail merge and document automation.
  • Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, with the confidence to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy and discretion when managing confidential information and formal documentation.
  • Strong research, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess information and determine appropriate actions.
  • Sound knowledge of formal meeting processes, including the preparation of agendas, minutes and supporting documentation.
  • An understanding of information access, privacy and compliance processes would be highly regarded.
