YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key valued lawyer in their winning Restructuring/Insolvency team (15) led by  industry-leading partners and  reporting to the head senior partner -a highly esteemed well known (recognised by Doyles as a Leader in insolvency law) , you will relish the autonomy+ variety +satisfaction having your own practice+ clients advising+ litigating on a full spectrum of issues including technical insolvency/bankruptcy advice, restructuring transactional work and insolvency/bankruptcy related litigation in the Supreme/Federal Courts/tribunals. 

Flexibility to tailor-make the role to be more heavily weighted towards litigation or front-end advisory/transactional depending on your experience/preference.

Also additional ‘STRETCH/GROWTH opportunities to:

·       partake in business development/marketing;

·       lead/mentor junior lawyers(if you are a senior lawyer).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

  • are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+ have  minimum 2 years post-admission or MORE (up to senior associate level) practising in restructuring/insolvency law (preferably) OR general commercial litigation (with keen interest in insolvency if no prior experience) with reputable law firms;

  • have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases+ clients from start to finish;

  • have strong technical knowledge+ advocacy skills, are results-focused, proactive, practical with strong time prioritisation skills; 

  • are hungry to advance your career long-term with a premier firm where you can grow+advance.
