SECURITY TECHNICIAN / TECHNICAL MANAGER

• A leading security and low voltage contracting company is seeking a new technical manager to oversee, mentor and train the security technicians as well as liaise with the projects team on new projects and installations

Our client is WA owned and operated market leader in Security, Access Control Systems and Low Voltage Contracting.
Currently looking for an experienced Technical Manager to join their experienced team. To be successful in this role the applicant will need to have extensive experience in security systems, alarms, access control systems, CCTV, public address and other low voltage systems The role will suit someone is passionate about keeping up with the latest products, technology and trends in the market. The business is a market leader often been the first in WA to put into use new products and technology. The incoming candidate would have the autonomy to decide on the technical direction of the business in regards to implementing new technologies and products as they see fit. Being the Technical Manager they would be responsible for training and coaching junior technicians and troubleshooting and problem solving the more technically challenging issues that arise. The successful candidate will be liaising with the New Projects Manager and Service Manager to ensure new installations as well as existing clientele are serviced. You will also be involved with the sales team in discussing design and tender submissions as well as on and off site troubleshooting A highly competitive salary will be negotiated with the right candidate. Car, laptop, phone and all necessary tools of the trade will be provided.
