We’re seeking Maintenance Fitters to join a well-established maintenance team supporting a large-scale food manufacturing operation in Murray Bridge.

The Role As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll play a key role in ensuring plant reliability, equipment performance, and production efficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Preventative and breakdown maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting machinery
- Repairs to conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, motors and production equipment
- Continuous improvement and reliability projects
- Supporting production teams to minimise downtime
- Working collaboratively with electricians and operations personnel
What We’re Looking For
- Trade Qualified Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
- Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food processing or industrial environments
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving ability
- Commitment to safety and quality
- A positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Reliable, accountable and willing to learn
Highly Regarded
- Food or FMCG experience
- Hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge
- Welding and fabrication experience
- CMMS or maintenance management system experience
