About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Electronic Security Technical Engineer to join a leading national security integrator supporting major data centre and critical infrastructure environments.
This role will focus on providing technical support, troubleshooting and commissioning across enterprise security systems, working closely with field technicians and project teams to ensure reliable system performance.

Duties
- Provide Level 1 & 2 technical support across electronic security systems
- Troubleshoot complex CCTV, access control and integrated security faults
- Support field technicians with remote diagnostics and technical escalations
- Assist with programming, commissioning and system integration
- Maintain technical documentation and incident reports
Experience
- Strong technical background within the electronic security industry
- Experience with Genetec highly regarded
- Knowledge of enterprise CCTV, access control and intrusion systems
- Experience in technical support, troubleshooting and commissioning
- Sound understanding of IP networking and server infrastructure
- Data centre experience and NV1 clearance advantageous
