About the company
An established Adelaide real estate business with a rapidly expanding property management division (impressive growth over the last 2 x years). Known for momentum, ambition and a desire to build a sustainable, high-performing PM department with strong retention and service standards.
About the role
Reporting directly to the business owner, you will take ownership of day-to-day PM operations on a medium sized company portfolio whilst gearing the team up for organic growth and overseeing trust accounting functions.
Skills & experience
- Ideally 5+ x years experience as a Senior Property Manager
- Strong knowledge of PM legislation and compliance
- Proficient with Property Me & trust accounting
- Leadership qualities for succession planning
- Process driven
- SA real estate licence essential
