O’Connors has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team based at our Forbes dealership.
We are seeking an experienced agricultural machinery salesperson with a strong understanding of broadacre farming systems to service customers across the Central West region (north and west of Forbes).
If you enjoy being out in the field, building trusted relationships, and providing practical, value‑driven solutions to farmers, this could be the opportunity you’ve been waiting for.
Key Responsibilities
-Drive sales across a range of agricultural machinery
-Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships
-Proactively identify and engage new business opportunities
-Demonstrate machinery and promote the premium Case IH product range
-Grow market share through effective territory management and customer engagement
About You
-Proven experience in agricultural machinery sales (essential)
-A strong understanding of broadacre farming practices
-Highly self-motivated with integrity, ambition, and a customer-first mindset
-Confident communicator with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
-Professional presentation and a solutions-focused approach
-Solid computer literacy and an understanding of basic financial principles
