We operate 22 residential aged care villages, 20 retirement villages and a range of home and community services across NSW and the ACT.

The Role:

As the General Manager, you will provide overall leadership for our Coffs Harbour facility, driving high-quality resident outcomes, a strong team culture and operational performance.

This is a senior leadership role where you will lead a multidisciplinary team and oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring we deliver safe, person-centred care while meeting regulatory requirements, organisational objectives and the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.

Reporting to the Regional General Manager, you will work closely with the Clinical Care Manager and Registered Nursing team onsite, while being supported by RFBI’s Quality, AN-ACC, People & Culture and Operations teams.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take ownership of a well-established facility and make a meaningful impact across resident experience, people, quality and operational performance. The Requirements:

  • Registered Nurse DIV 1 - AHPRA Registered
  • Proven operational leadership skills & experience
  • Proficient computer skills and working knowledge of iCare (desirable)
  • Understanding of WHS responsibilities, including manual handling principles
  • Knowledge of Aged Care Legislation, Accreditation and ANACC
  • Current First Aid Certificate
  • Valid police check clearance
  • Must be eligible to work in Australia.
