EXPERIENCED HEAD PASTRY CHEF NEEDED
- Seeking an experienced Head Pastry Chef for a busy CBD establishment.
- Must have 5+ years of experience in a fine dining environment.
- Leadership and high volume production experience are essential.
Allstar Recruitment have a vacancy for an experienced Head Pastry Chef for our busy CBD client who are looking to expand their current operations. Top remuneration and working conditions on offer for the right candidate. This position is on a large scale basis for one of Perth's finest establishments, so experience in a similar environment and a stable working history are key!
Successful candidates will have the following:
*5+ years minimum Head Pastry Chef experience (preferably in a busy, fine dining capacity)
*Leadership of a large team and communication skills are essential
*Experience in high volume production
*Immaculate self presentation
*Functions experience essential
*Working to the clients needs
*Creativity
*Costing / rostering / budgeting experience essential
*Experience working in a large mutli scale kitchen advantageous
*Be available across a 7 day week, with own license and transport to get to and from work
*MUST be up to date with modern day techniques
*Must have no working restrictions in Australia
