Role Opportunity
Join a leading gold mining company supporting a key Residual Storage Area Expansion Project. Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary infrastructure design activities for a major Tailings Storage Facility expansion, providing technical oversight from feasibility through to detailed design and construction handover.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical, Water, Infrastructure or related discipline).
- 5 - 8+ years' experience delivering infrastructure projects within mining, water or major projects.
- Tailings or water infrastructure project experience.
- Familiarity with TSF design, operation and governance requirements.
- Knowledge of ANCOLD, GISTM and Australian mining regulations.
- Experience managing engineering consultants and study teams.
- Proven design management experience across multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Engineering risk management and design assurance.
- Technical review, reporting and documentation.
- Cost, schedule and project delivery awareness.
- Strong safety and risk leadership.
- Proactive approach to resolving design challenges.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and interfaces.
