Salary: $140,767 – $146,883 plus super, incentives and benefits
 
We are seeking an experienced allied health professional with paediatric and management experience.  Full time permanent role.
  
Exceptional remuneration and benefits including commencement and continuous service payments, 12.75% super and 17.5% leave loading. Commencement and continuous service payments total $20,000 if you are eligible (happy to advise if you are eligible).

About our Client, your new employer:
The health service provides services to a paediatric caseload in multiple locations across Cape York and into the Torres straits.  The population of the area is approx. 27,000, with 64% identifying as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander.  The strategic plan is multi faceted with the aim to enhance health and development services to support the first 2000 days of life, being the most specific to your role.
  
A little about the role:
We are seeking an experienced Allied Health Professional to lead and develop the strategic direction of the health service.  You will oversee a team of 8-10 team members and be required to travel to the different communities within the region, on a regular basis.  Being a senior role, the position description is very detailed.  I am happy to discuss the details.
 
Skills and Experience:
  

  • AHPRA registered AH professional
  • Experienced in paediatric development
  • Managerial experience of a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to develop strategy and lead the team to drive best outcome results
  • Open to travelling to all communities in the region
