We’re recruiting for multiple opportunities across Sydney, covering residential buildings in Woollahra, Dulwich Hill, Woolloomooloo, Mascot, Strathfield and Lewisham.
Whether you’re an experienced concierge ready to step up, an Assistant Building Manager looking for greater responsibility, or an ABM ready to take on your first full Building Manager appointment, we’d like to hear from you.
The opportunities We’re looking for motivated, hands-on candidates who enjoy working with residents, coordinating contractors and keeping residential buildings running smoothly.
Depending on your experience, opportunities may include:

• Trainee Building Manager: Ideal for a concierge or front-of-house professional ready to move into building operations. Salary around $75,000 + super.
• Assistant Building Manager: For candidates with building management experience who want to develop their technical and operational skills.
• Step-up Building Manager: For an experienced ABM ready to take on greater responsibility, with salaries up to $90,000 + super.

What you’ll be involved in

• Supporting the day-to-day operation and presentation of residential buildings.
• Coordinating contractors, maintenance requests and service providers.
• Assisting with inspections, preventative maintenance and building compliance.
• Responding professionally to resident enquiries and resolving operational issues.
• Working with stakeholders to maintain safe, well-presented and efficiently operated buildings.

Who we’re looking for We’re open to candidates from a range of backgrounds, including:

• Concierge professionals looking to move into Building Management.
• Assistant Building Managers ready for their next step.
• Candidates from hotel operations, facilities management or strata with transferable skills.
• People with strong communication, organisation and customer service skills who are keen to learn.

Previous Building Management experience is beneficial, but the right attitude, reliability and willingness to develop are equally important.
