About us

We are an innovative SaaS provider dedicated to powering Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) operations. We work to streamline regulated industries by delivering operational control, built-in compliance, and management intelligence. For over a decade, our platform has been accelerating the digital transformation of laboratories, offering a single platform for every process with complete record traceability. We are an affordable, auditor-designed solution, and our team is known for creativity and technical excellence in compliance software.

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our team. Your data insights will be pivotal to optimising operational workflows and advancing our platform’s management intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and clean large-scale operational datasets from testing, inspection, and certification (TIC) systems, and identify and resolve data anomalies to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  • Apply mathematical, statistical, programming, and database techniques to analyse complex laboratory, calibration, and compliance data across multiple regulated industries.
  • Design, develop, and implement advanced algorithms and data models that transform raw operational data into actionable insights for strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Build, train, evaluate, and deploy machine learning and artificial intelligence frameworks to extract trends, patterns, and predictions from test, calibration, and quality records.
  • Evaluate and adjust models to improve accuracy and performance, interpret results, and present data-driven findings to key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into scalable software features and enhanced management intelligence tooling.
  • Ensure data science practices comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements, such as ISO/IEC 17025, NATA, and NABL, and support audit-ready record traceability.
  • Provide strategic input and drive innovation for our data science initiatives, keeping our platform at the forefront of TIC technology and supporting laboratory digital transformation.
