Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess system requirements and recommend optimal development approaches.
- Write and maintain top-tier code that strictly adheres to system specs and quality benchmarks.
- Dive deep into system analysis to identify technical vulnerabilities and workflow bottlenecks.
- Execute comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting, following established QA frameworks.
- Author and continuously refine technical documentation, user guides, and operational manuals.
- Manage test and deployment automation while establishing robust CI/CD pipelines throughout the development cycle.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of emerging technologies, incorporating them into projects to drive efficiency and enhance user experience.
Skills and qualifications
- A tertiary degree in IT, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a Developer Programmer or in a similar capacity.
- Strong command of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, PHP, C++).
- Demonstrated ability to write, test, debug, and maintain production-grade code.
- Outstanding analytical, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
