Excavator / Dozer Operator

Experienced Excavator & Dozer Operators required for a civil mining project in Far North QLD!

Your new company
A global mining contractor who are the owner operator of an open-cut site located in Far North Queensland.
Your new role
Your new role will see you working as an Excavator or Dozer operator on site, working a 2/1 roster, day shift only. All meals, accommodation and flights to site are provided from Townsville, Cairns or Brisbane.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you must have:

Demonstrated experience operating Excavators or Dozers in mining or large-scale civil environments Strong trimming skills and a solid understanding of detailed earthworks and construction methodology Experience working on haul roads, tailings dam projects, mud farming operations, or major civil construction projects Experience gained on mine sites, quarries, or commercial subdivision projects highly regarded Current RII tickets relevant to the machinery you operate Ability to pass a NationalPolice Check Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and MMQ assessment Willingness to complete a mandatory online site certification prior to mobilisation (cost reimbursed after commencement)
