About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced Maintenance Scheduler for a role in the Moura area, with a preferred start within the next two weeks.
You’ll be responsible for managing all automated planned work, including inspections and replacements, ensuring scheduled activities are monitored against their required deadlines.
A key part of the role will also be coordinating the crane and additional labour requirements for all outages in line with the outage calendar, including raising the necessary Purchase Requisitions.
Candidates who have previously used Prometheus Scheduler will have a strong advantage.
The role is available on a FIFO or local Moura area basis and operates on a 9-day fortnight, with a maximum of 50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all automated planned maintenance work

- Ensure scheduled maintenance activities remain visible and on track
- Coordinate crane requirements for all outages
- Coordinate additional labour required for outages
- Work in line with the established outage calendar
- Raise Purchase Requisitions for crane and additional labour requirements
- Support the effective coordination of planned maintenance and outage activities
About You
- Previous maintenance scheduling experience
- Experience managing planned maintenance work and deadline requirements
- Strong organisational and coordination capability
- Ability to coordinate labour and equipment requirements around outage schedules
- Experience raising Purchase Requisitions
- Ability to work effectively around an established outage calendar
- Prometheus Scheduler experience would be an advantage
