About the Client
Our client is a leading Australian fashion retailer, celebrated for creating beautiful collections and empowering women through exceptional styling and service. They are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead their Brisbane CBD boutique, inspiring a passionate team while delivering an elevated customer experience.
About the role
This is a role for someone who loves being on the shop floor, building genuine customer relationships and helping every client leave feeling their absolute best. You'll lead from the front, combining commercial leadership with an eye for styling and a passion for developing people.
As Store Manager, you will:
- Lead, coach and develop a high-performing boutique team
- Deliver exceptional styling experiences and personalised customer service
- Create a customer-first culture that builds loyalty and repeat business
- Drive store performance while maintaining an elevated in-store experience
- Inspire confidence through styling, product knowledge and customer engagement
- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and boutique presentation
- Oversee stock, rostering and day-to-day store operations
- Foster a positive, supportive and results-driven team culture
What you'll bring
