We are partnering with a globally recognised retail and lifestyle brand to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their Melbourne-based Talent team.
This is an exciting opportunity for a people-focused HR professional who enjoys partnering with leaders, navigating employee relations matters and contributing to a high-performing workplace culture.
You will play a key role in supporting managers and employees across the employee lifecycle, while partnering on a broad range of strategic and operational HR initiatives.
As a trusted HR partner, you will:
- Support a broad range of employee relations cases, including investigations, performance concerns, workplace issues and policy interpretation.
- Partner with leaders to drive positive employee experiences and people outcomes.
- Support talent acquisition and workforce planning initiatives across multiple business areas.
- Deliver key people programs including onboarding, performance reviews, engagement initiatives and employee lifecycle activities.
- Assist with organisational change, workforce initiatives and HR projects.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures and best practice processes.
- Maintain employee records, reporting and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
About You:
You Will Bring:
- Previous experience working within Human Resources, People & Culture and employee relations.
- Experience partnering with managers and providing HR advice across a broad range of people matters.
- Sound knowledge of HR best practice and employment legislation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- The ability to balance competing priorities within a dynamic environment.
- A positive, solutions-focused and collaborative approach
- Experience working within Retail, Consumer Products or FMCG environments (highly regarded).
