MARS Healthcare is partnering with an established not-for-profit disability services provider to recruit an Occupational Therapist within the Vasse, Bunbury and Margaret River region.

Join a collaborative allied health team offering a gradual introduction to your caseload, ongoing clinical supervision and flexibility in how you work. Whether your passion lies in paediatrics, adult therapy or a mixed caseload, your client group can be tailored to your interests and experience.

What's on offer?

  • Salary up to $110,000 + super, depending on experience.
  • Salary packaging of up to $15,899 for everyday living expenses, plus up to $2,650 for meal entertainment per year.
  • Full-time or part-time options, with flexible working arrangements including office and work-from-home opportunities.
  • Structured onboarding and gradual caseload build-up, with training and ongoing clinical supervision.
  • Manageable caseloads, supporting quality therapy and sustainable workloads.
  • Paid professional development leave and an external training allowance to support your clinical growth.
  • Paid travel time and kilometre reimbursement for community visits.
  • Annual leave loading and wellness leave options.
  • Opportunities to develop specialist interests and progress towards senior or clinical leadership roles.

The opportunity

You will deliver evidence-based occupational therapy that helps people with disability build independence, participate in everyday activities and achieve goals that matter to them.
Working across homes, schools, workplaces, community settings and therapy hubs, you will:

  • Complete assessments and develop individualised therapy plans in partnership with clients and their support networks.
  • Deliver practical, goal-focused interventions that improve daily living skills, participation and quality of life.
  • Support paediatric and/or adult clients, with caseload preferences discussed around your strengths and interests.
  • Collaborate with families, carers and a multidisciplinary allied health team.
  • Monitor progress, review interventions and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
  • Take part in supervision, professional development and shared learning with experienced clinicians.

About you

You are a collaborative Occupational Therapist who values person-centred care and enjoys helping clients turn meaningful goals into everyday progress.
You will bring:

  • A recognised Occupational Therapy qualification and current AHPRA registration.
  • Strong clinical reasoning and the ability to assess, plan and deliver evidence-based therapy.
  • Clear communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Good organisation and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
  • A current WA Driver's Licence.
  • A Working With Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid Certificate.
  • Valid Australian working rights.

Experience supporting people with disability is desirable, but not essential.

Whether you are already based in the South West or considering a move, this is an opportunity to combine rewarding clinical work with the coastal lifestyle the region offers.
