👑 Your Role as Store Manager

As our Store Manager, you'll take ownership of the day-to-day operations, commercial performance and team culture across both our QVB and QVB Lower Ground stores.

You'll be a hands-on leader who inspires your teams, creates an engaging environment and ensures every customer receives the exceptional Koko Black experience we're known for.

You'll:

• Lead and inspire – create a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture across both locations
• Coach and develop – recruit, train and support team members and emerging leaders across both stores
• Drive commercial performance – take ownership of sales targets, budgets, labour and key performance indicators for each location
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences – lead by example and create memorable Koko Moments across both stores
• Own store operations – oversee rostering, stock management, inventory, compliance and daily operations across both sites
• Maintain premium standards – ensure consistent visual merchandising, product presentation and store cleanliness
• Build team engagement – celebrate successes, provide meaningful feedback and create an environment where both teams can thrive
• Lead with accountability – demonstrate our values of Passion, Leadership, Ownership and Trust in everything you do

💼 About You

We're looking for someone who brings:

• Previous Store Manager experience, ideally with exposure to multi-site retail leadership, or a strong track record managing a high-performing retail store
• A proven ability to lead, coach and develop high-performing teams
• Strong commercial acumen and confidence managing sales, budgets, labour and performance across multiple locations
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
• A hands-on leadership style with the ability to motivate and inspire others
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills
• Experience in premium retail, hospitality or a high-volume customer-focused environment would be highly regarded
• The ability to balance priorities, maintain consistent standards and lead effectively across two stores
• Flexibility to work a roster including evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak trading periods
