Junior Property Manager - Parramatta
- Assist a Senior Property Manager in managing a portfolio of 100 properties.

Our client is a boutique agency serving the Parramatta region, staffed by a team of skilled and experienced local professionals. They benefit from continuous training and access to advanced computer systems.
They are currently looking to hire a Junior Property Manager to assist a Part-Time Property Manager.
The Role:
Monday – Saturday (Saturdays are 9am-12pm) with a full day off during the week, we are seeking someone to assist a Senior Property Manager in managing and servicing a clean, neat, tidy, and local portfolio of 100 properties.
- Assist with a well-maintained portfolio of residential properties
- Maintaining relationships with tenants
- Ingoings & outgoings
- Conducting repairs and maintenance
- Lease packs
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Rental Applications
- Open for Inspections
The Candidate:
- No real estate experience required
- Must be Mandarin speaking
- A current Certificate of Registration, driver’s license & car
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
