The Company

They are a multifaceted boutique agency with a small, fun, and friendly tight-knit team located in Newstead. Offering lots of support, training, and progression, this is the perfect role for an Assistant Property Manager to join a great office!

The Position

• You will be assisting the team with in and out of office duties;
• Routines, entries and exit inspections
• Tenant liaison
• Processing applications
• Open homes and private inspections

Requirements

• 6+ months experience in a similar role
• QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration 
• Australian drivers license 
• Excellent computing skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding organisation and time management
• Ability to deliver high-end customer service to owners and tenants
