Veterinary Nurse – Internal Medicine

We provide a wide range of specialist services alongside a 24/7 emergency and critical care service. Our mission is simple: to deliver the highest standard of patient care. We’re now seeking a qualified Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, dynamic team in Internal Medicine.

You’re organised, adaptable, enthusiastic, and an excellent communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced setting.
You will ideally have:
Cert IV in Veterinary Nursing or Bachelor of Veterinary Technology
Minimum 3 years of nursing experience (specialty nursing experience highly regarded)
A passion for Internal Medicine
High standards, attention to detail, and honesty
Strong time management and organisational skills
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Knowledge of Rx Works / Smart Flow (desirable but not essential)
Key Responsibilities:
Inpatient treatments and care
Patient recovery and monitoring
IV catheter placement and fluid therapy
Blood collection and use of in-house lab equipment
Anaesthesia
Radiology (including CT & MRI imaging)
Assisting with specialty ultrasonography
Equipment cleaning and maintenance
