    About the role:

    Our client is seeking Speech Pathologists to join their growing multidisciplinary team on a Full-Time or Part-Time basis, with Contractor opportunities also available.

    This is a community-based NDIS role offering the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload ranging from infants through to seniors. You’ll provide high-quality speech pathology assessment, intervention and support tailored to each participant’s individual goals and needs.

    You’ll be supported to gradually build your caseload through a structured ramp-up program, allowing you to establish yourself comfortably while maintaining a manageable workload.

    Requirements:

    • Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology
    • 1–2+ years of Speech Pathology experience preferred
    • Suitable for clinicians from Junior through to Senior level
    • Current eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia
    • Experience or interest in working within the NDIS/community setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • A participant-centred approach with a genuine commitment to achieving meaningful outcomes
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
    • Current Australian working rights
    • Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle for community-based work
