The Role
Our Molendinar workshop is currently on the hunt for a skilled Wood Machinist to join the team on a full-time basis, Monday to Friday. What's involved -
- Selecting materials and running solid and exotic timber components
- Preparing components for both static and CNC machining
- Identifying the requirements of each job by referencing plans and cutting lists
- Performing regular maintenance on machines
- Stock control
- General carpentry/joinery tasks
- Ensuring compliance with OH&S standards
What you'll need:
- Wood machinist or timber industry experience (essential)
- Ability to read and interpret plans (essential)
- CNC experience (ideal but not essential)
- Forklift licence (ideal)
