    Steps2Life Health is a growing multidisciplinary allied health provider supporting children and adults across Western Sydney. Our Behaviour Support Practitioners collaborate with Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy and dedicated administration teams to deliver practical, person-centred outcomes.

    Expression of interest

    We welcome expressions of interest from graduate, early-career and experienced Behaviour Support Practitioners for future opportunities across our North Parramatta, Regents Park and Kingswood clinics, community settings and telehealth. Full-time, part-time and contract arrangements may be considered, with flexible Monday-to-Saturday availability.

    The role

    Depending on your experience, you may complete functional behaviour assessments, develop and review positive behaviour support plans, provide implementation coaching, prepare high-quality reports and collaborate with participants, families, support teams and multidisciplinary colleagues. Caseloads can be shaped around your capability and clinical interests.

    About you

    You hold, or will soon hold, a relevant qualification such as psychology, social work, occupational therapy, behavioural science or another suitable allied-health discipline. You understand person-centred and evidence-based positive behaviour support and are eligible to meet NDIS Commission practitioner-suitability requirements for the work you undertake. Screening checks, a driver licence and access to a vehicle may be required depending on the caseload.
