POSITION

Due to continued growth, a Site Supervisor position is now available to join the team across a diverse range of projects.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities across residential, commercial and modular projects.
• Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel to ensure work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
• Ensure full compliance with WHS legislation, site safety plans and company procedures at all times.
• Liaise with project managers, clients and consultants throughout all stages of construction.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
• Maintain site documentation including daily reports, variations and inspection records.
• Uphold the company's standards of quality, workmanship and client communication on every project.

EXPERIENCE

To be considered it is vital that you have the following:

• Practical experience as a Site Supervisor and/or Highly Skilled Carpenter.
• QBCC Site Supervisor Licence
• Strong ability to manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
• Solid understanding of WHS requirements and construction compliance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
• Valid driver's licence required
