Resourceful Recruitment is partnering with a leading commercial construction contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to join their growing Brisbane team.
With a strong pipeline of projects across a range of building sectors, including government and commercial developments, this is an opportunity to lead major projects valued between $100-$200 million while working alongside a highly experienced project delivery team.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you'll take ownership of site delivery from mobilisation through to completion, starting on an aged care project before progressing across a broader portfolio. You'll lead an established site team including supervisors, leading hands, and a dedicated embedded HSE professional, with the full backing of operations leadership behind you.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end site management of major commercial projects in the $100 - $200mil range
- Leading and coordinating site teams of 30-150 personnel
- Subcontractor management, programming, and coordination
- Maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards across all site activities
- Stakeholder and client management throughout the project lifecycle
- Contributing to a culture where safety, quality, and people come first.
About You
- Demonstrated experience delivering large-scale commercial projects as a Site Manager
- Previous experience delivering aged care, healthcare or other large-scale commercial construction projects will be highly regarded.
- Strong leadership capability with experience managing large, diverse site teams
- A genuine commitment to safety and a clean HSE record
- Clear, confident communication across clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Someone who likes to be challenged, keeps learning, and takes pride in the work
