Are you an experienced Documentation Technician looking for a long-term opportunity with a well-established Brisbane practice?

The Role
Working closely with Architects, Project Leaders, and consultants, you'll play a key role in the delivery of projects through detailed documentation, technical coordination, and construction drawing production.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed documentation packages across all project stages
• Coordinate consultant information and project requirements
• Produce accurate construction documentation and technical drawings
• Ensure compliance with relevant building codes and standards
• Assist with project delivery and technical problem-solving
• Support the team through documentation and construction phases

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in an architectural documentation role
• Strong technical knowledge of local construction methods and detailing
• Advanced proficiency in Revit
• Experience delivering commercial, multi-residential, social housing, or public sector projects
• Excellent attention to detail and documentation accuracy
• Strong communication and consultant coordination skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-focused environment
