The role
You'll manage a portfolio of business clients and take responsibility for the quality and delivery of their work.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing client relationships and a portfolio of businesses
- Overseeing financial statements and tax compliance
- Advising clients on business performance and financial matters
- Working directly with the Partner on client matters
- Identifying opportunities to provide broader advice
- Managing deadlines, workflow and client expectations
- Developing your commercial and advisory capabilities
What you'll bring
- 5+ years of Australian public practice experience, with the ability to manage client relationships
- CA or CPA qualified
- Strong Business Services and Tax experience
- Experience managing a client portfolio
- Confidence dealing directly with business owners
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Xero experience is preferred
