Automotive Service Co-ordinator/Customer Service - Brisbane
- Coordinate customer service for automotive repairs and installations.
- Provide quotations and advice to customers and manage technician resources.
- Handle branch paperwork including invoicing and purchasing.
Our client, based in the Brisbane area, is seeking a skilled and motivated Automotive Service Co-ordinator to join their dynamic team. This is your opportunity to work with a market leader in the workshop equipment sector.
This role supports technicians and plays a key part in delivering a high‑quality service experience for all customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Customer service – booking and scheduling repairs, servicing, breakdowns and installations for the workshop
- Provide advice and quotations to customers and communicating with external contractors
- Ensure technicians have all the resources needed ie parts and job details/information
- Branch paperwork – invoicing, purchasing, costing etc
We are ideally seeking a candidate who has exceptional customer service and communication skills, with strong attention to detail who will be able to interpret customer needs and provide information back to the customer on repair costs/times etc.
