Senior Supervisor

Our client is a leading national civil contractor and is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee major defence, infrastructure, and road projects across Adelaide. With a huge pipeline of secured work and an excellent industry reputation, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an established market leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee major civil projects from commencement through to completion
• Lead site crews, subcontractors, and multiple work fronts
• Drive safety, quality, productivity, and programme outcomes
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and key stakeholders
• Ensure projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to a high standard

About You:

• Proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Foreman, or similar leadership role
• Strong background delivering major civil infrastructure projects
• Experience across defence, roads, infrastructure, or similar civil works
• Extensive knowledge of civil construction and site operations
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage multiple work fronts simultaneously
