The Opportunity
CSI is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to join the team based on one of our client sites. As the Production Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of crushing plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and adherence to all site safety and environmental policies. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to foster a positive team culture.

This role is a full-time permanent role, on a 7D 7N 7RR roster.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise the operation and maintenance of fixed crushing equipment and ROM Operations.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise output.
  • Implement and enforce safety and environmental standards.
  • Monitor production outputs against targets and adjust operations as required.
  • Train, mentor, and develop plant operators
  • Complete shift reports, incident investigations, and other required documentation.

What is required?

  • C Class Driver’s Licence.
  • Schedule 26.
  • Australian work rights.
  • Proven experience in crushing plant and ROM operations ideally in a supervisory or leading hand capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of crushing and screening equipment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Relevant qualifications and/or tickets (e.g. Supervisory Training, Loader/Excavator tickets) highly regarded.
