TOM People and I are working with a leading ASX top 50 logistics and supply chain group to recruit an experienced Finance Manager. Operating one of the country's largest distribution and delivery networks, this business plays a critical role in supporting millions of customer transactions every week through a highly sophisticated transport and supply chain operation.

Reporting to senior finance leadership, you will act as the key finance business partner to operational stakeholders, providing commercial insights, decision support, and financial leadership across the store delivery network. This role combines team leadership, FP&A, and strategic business partnering within a fast-paced operational environment.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting across transport and store delivery operations.

  • Partner with operational leaders to improve financial performance and support strategic decision-making.

  • Deliver commercial insights on key cost drivers, risks, and opportunities.

  • Evaluate business cases and support investment and resource allocation decisions.

  • Lead and develop a team while driving continuous improvement initiatives across reporting and processes

About you:

  • CA or CPA qualified with strong finance business partnering and FP&A experience.

  • Background within logistics, transport, supply chain, FMCG, retail, or other operationally intensive environments.

  • Proven experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving commercial outcomes.

  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
