We offer flexible work arrangements, providing access to relevant training and professional development opportunities with a variety of employee benefits. We promote innovation, responsiveness, respectfulness and continuous improvement as our core values. You will respond to incidents as required, accurately report OHS incidents and customer concerns, and help maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation across the pool, changerooms and surrounding facilities.
The role also involves assisting with water testing and treatment, maintaining aquatic equipment, completing general housekeeping duties, promoting positive patron behaviour, participating in regular staff meetings and lifeguard training, and supporting the day-to-day operations of the facility through a variety of tasks suited to your skills and training.
