The Organisation
This is a well-established aged care provider with a strong presence across Australia, specializing in residential aged care. This role is based at one of their homes in Hobart, Tasmania
The Opportunity
As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the manager and be responsible for delivering high-quality clinical care to residents in a large residential aged care facility. You'll foster strong relationships with both residents and their families, ensuring their clinical care needs are met during your shifts.
Skills and Experience
- AHPRA Registered Nurse with experience in residential aged care
- Passionate about working in aged care
- Knowledge of quality aged care standards and AN-ACC guidelines
- Strong clinical knowledge and skillset
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership, including delegation to Assistant in Nursing (AIN) roles.
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal, with solid computer literacy
- Strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
