We’re seeking a motivated and qualified industry expert to deliver and assess the following courses:
- FNS50322 Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking Management
- FNS40821 Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking
- FNS60920 Advanced Diploma of Paraplanning
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality training and support to students in a flexible, self-paced environment (via phone, email, Teams, and online sessions)
- Assess student work and deliver constructive feedback in line with compliance requirements
- Contribute to course updates, validation, and quality assurance processes
- Maintain professional development and uphold compliance with RTO and VET regulatory standards
About You:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or successor)
- Current industry experience in finance and mortgage broking
- Strong communication and online facilitation skills
- High attention to detail and computer literacy (Salesforce, LMS, MS Office)
