We are recruiting on behalf of an established apparel retailer for a hands-on leader who enjoys building confident teams, connecting with customers and delivering results.
Take ownership of your store and create an environment where customers feel welcome and your team feels supported. You’ll have the space to lead, backed by ongoing training and guidance.

Your focus will include:

• Coaching your team to build their skills, confidence and sales performance.
• Creating an easy, enjoyable shopping experience that brings customers back.
• Keeping daily operations, store presentation and stock flowing smoothly.
• Managing rosters and wage costs to support the needs of the business.
• Tracking sales and stock loss, then turning those insights into practical action.

We’re looking for:

• Experience leading a team and achieving results.
• Strong coaching skills and clear, confident communication.
• The ability to manage large stock volumes and competing priorities.
• A practical understanding of sales targets, wage budgets and stock control.
• Pride in store presentation and customer service.
